Bush’s Chicken Review
You can’t miss a Bush’s Chicken when you drive past, with that rough stone exterior and bright pops of red. This theme is continued into the clean and updated interior. You’ll order at the counter before grabbing a seat at one of the many booths and tables in the large dining area.
The fried chicken is the perfect ratio of flaky batter to juicy, tender meat. The rolls and tea are Southern sweet. Make sure to grab a pack of Serendipity to add a dash of salty goodness to your meal.
The menu is straightforward with options from tenders, chicken, livers and gizzards, sides, and drinks. I recommend the tender rolls— crispy tenders stuffed inside their delicious sweet rolls.
If you’re in a hurry, Bush’s is perfect since employees come out to your car to take your order in the drive thru. The staff is polite and respectful, which is just what you’d expect from this traditional Southern staple.
