About Zoup
Eric Ersher opened the first Zoup restaurant in 1998 in Southfield, MI. Five more locations were opened by 2003. The fast-casual soup concept restaurant is still expanding even today.
It has now more than 90 restaurants in the United States and Canada, and had consistently received accolades and recognition from media organizations.
Zoup Review
The location I visited was very clean and well-lit. Soup options were on display and you can sample soups in the first section of the counter before ordering.
Soup always comes with a choice of bread, and both were delightfully flavored, filling, and well cooked. The quality of ingredients and taste here were definitely worth the price.
I tried the chicken pot pie and lobster bisque, and both became my instant menu favorites. The Southwestern turkey sandwich was great and is also a must-try.
The staff was very friendly, helpful, and quick. There can be quite a wait time for a table as there are limited seating, especially during lunch time.
