About Café Rio
Steve and Tricia Stanley started Café Rio in St. George, Utah. The restaurant’s first location began serving authentic Mexican cuisine to locals and tourists in 1997.
As of 2017, the company has 120 branches. All locations operate under the management of SKM/Apax Partners with Dave Gagnon as the COO and CEO.

Café Rio comes with a pleasing atmosphere. The entire dining area, including the chairs and tables, are clean and organized. The same can be said for the restrooms.
It was my first time to visit Café Rio, and I will come back here one day for those crunchy nachos and tasty tacos. You will surely love them too!
When it comes to best sellers, your greatest choices are the Pork Tacos, and huge Burritos. I suggest you try that one with pork barbacoa on your first visit!
The customer service is also satisfying. Everything is smooth. The crew is quick and courteous. Ordering is easy. Food is served in just 10 to 15 minutes.
