About Rosa’s Cafe
Rosa’s café was founded by an unknown person in San Angelo, Texas in 1983, they were purchased by Bobby Cox Companies in 1995.
They have 42 locations mainly in Texas but spanning to New Mexico and California. In 2016, they won 6 awards through the Reader’s Choice Awards, 4 gold awards for fajitas, guacamole, queso and nachos and 2 bronze awards for sweet tea, and burritos.
Rosa’s Cafe Review
The ambience of the restaurant is a Mexican themed dining room with tables throughout most the area with booths on the walls.
The food is overall good, with tacos, or anything with tortillas being a good choice. The taste is of classic Mexican-American style food.
Most people recommend the tacos, the guacamole, and the FREE salsa bar. Again, anything with fluffy, fresh tortillas is always recommended here.
Service is quick and efficient with taste and you in mind. With a drive-thru window, quick is a main goal in mind. Inside as well, service is quick and very efficient. Staff is extremely nice and hard-working to keep you as the main thing on their mind.
