About Sardi’s
This restaurant was established on March 05, 1927 by Melchiorre Pio Vincenzo “Vincent” Sardi Sr and his wife Eugenia “Jenny” Pallera.
Sardi’s has a sole location at the Theatre District in Manhattan and is known as the birthplace of the Tony awards and is considered a Broadway Institution.
