About Papa’s Pizza
This restaurant was established in 1912 by Giuseppe “Joe” Papa and Adalene Papa in Trenton, NJ. To this day, it is still run by the family.
Papa’s Tomato Pies has only one operating location in NJ. They have been awarded the Munchmobile Pizza Patrol Award of Excellence in 2010.
Papa’s Pizza Review
This restaurant has a very classic, cosy, and family-friendly ambience. It is decorated with white walls, colored glass lamps, and tables separated into booths and single tables.
Their food is absolutely delicious. Each dish is carefully cooked using traditional recipes passed along in the family for many years.
A must try is their unique Mustard Pie which is a local favourite and their famous tomato pies. They also serve a variety of soups, sandwiches, pasta, and seafood specialties.
Serving and waiting time may take 10-20 minutes. Service is excellent with their friendly and very polite servers who are always smiling.
