About Minsky’s
Minsky’s is the brainchild of Gregg Johnson, a local of Kansas City. Through consistent food preparation, offering guests with mouthwatering pizzas with each service, they eventually became well-known for being one of the best in the city.
Today, Minsky’s retains much of the popularity it has earned throughout the years. It also has sister restaurants in the form of Il Centro and Eggtc.
Minsky’s Review
This pizzeria is quite known for its inviting dining room. Right from the get-go, you’ll be greeted by a warm and comfortable atmosphere that is unique to this place.
Then, there’s the food. A wide selection of pizzas and other Italian-American dishes are offered here, made using fresh ingredients and given a unique twist.
Some of their best known pizzas include the Papa Minsky’s and the Prime Cut. If you are looking for something healthier, there is the gluten-free menu to choose from as well.
Service is quick and it should take no more than 30 minutes for your orders to get to your table. The staff here are also trained to attend to the customer’s every need.
