About Huey’s
In March 1970, the restaurant was founded in Memphis, TN by Allen Gary. A few years after, Allen Gary sold the restaurant to Jay Sheffield and Don Wood.
Huey’s has grown throughout the decades, currently with a total of nine locations around Memphis. They have been voted Best Burger in 1984 by the Memphis Magazine.
Huey’s Review
The atmosphere is casual, comfortable, and relaxing, especially when the music starts to play which is mostly blues, disco, and jazz.
The burgers in this place are amazing. Their ranch dressing are great as well. They have vegetarian dishes and a wide drink selection.
Give their World-Famous Huey Burger a try. Make sure to pair it with some Onion Rings and Beached Mule. Their Fries and Onion Rings come in big portions.
They have an excellent customer service. The servers are very friendly and courteous. The waiting time stays short even during peak hours.
