About Hopdoddy
Hopdoddy was founded in 2010 by Guy Villavoso and his three business partners, Larry Foles, Larry Perdido, and Chuck Smith.
The restaurant currently has 25 locations scattered throughout five states (though most are in Texas). It was voted Best Burger Joint in America by Business Insider.
Hopdoddy Review
Hopdoddy has a very casual, comfortable, and modern atmosphere. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. They also have sufficient parking space in most locations.
The burgers are delicious. The patties are beefy and the buns are soft and buttery. They also have vegetarian burgers available. Their relatively large serving size is noteworthy as well.
Their El Diablo Spicy Burger is a must-try. Pair it with some Sweet Potato Fries for a hearty meal. If you’re thinking of dessert, consider their Sea Salt Caramel Shake.
The staff clearly tries to be helpful at all times. The restaurant has long lines but things move fast enough. It takes around 45 minutes for food to be served.
