About Erbert & Gerbert’s
The first shop was opened in 1988 with the founder naming the business and its menu items in tribute to stories his father told to him and his siblings as children.
There are now over 100 locations across 12 states in the U.S. which now serve hot soup alongside the original signature sandwiches.

Each sandwich is freshly made to order and fans love the chunk of bread from the middle that comes atop them.
Titan – a turkey sandwich with pesto mayo, is named for a moon with atmosphere that the boys were said to have visited. And it surely lives up to its reputation for being “out of this world.”
