About Cracker Barrel

Dan Evins started the restaurant 45 years ago along the Interstate. During those times, Mr. Evins found an opportunity to introduce home-style cooking, especially to travelers who were weary and tired.

To date, the restaurant has more than 600 branches in over 40 states. It created the Pleasing People community cause. This program aims to bring back something to the community.

Cracker Barrel Review

The restaurant is known for its home-style cooking. The set-up is similar to a country home where you can relax while eating.

The food is great, especially the side dishes. Whenever I eat in this restaurant, it brings back memories of living in the country.

Their pancakes are a must have. If you are having lunch or dinner, try their roast beef or chicken. If you are vegan, there are healthier options too.

The customer service and the staff are great. No matter how busy the restaurant is, you can expect exemplary service. Waiting times vary but I suggest that you visit the restaurant on weekdays.
