About Sugar Factory
The first Sugar Factory opened its doors in 2010, the creation of Charissa Davidovici, the mother of two girls who started baking over-the-top cakes for her own kids and expanded this into a business.
There are 21 Sugar Factory locations worldwide, some with the American Brasserie designation, others with the Cafe’ distinction, all with a retail store. It is consistently one of the world’s most “Instagrammed” locations.

The restaurant has a glamorous, glittery decor complete with a show-like dining experience. People who are celebrating special events often flock here, and it is very popular amongst locals and tourists alike. Davidovici strives to ensure all locations boast a fun, family-friendly atmosphere.
You can order “real” food, like sandwiches, burgers, soups, salads, and pasta dishes, but the chain is most popular for its sweets – ice cream sandwiches, milkshakes, cheesecake, cakes, and candy-flavored drinks, with or without alcohol.
The most popular item on the menu is the Signature Goblet, 60 ounces of “smoking” cocktail (also available without alcohol) made for sharing. Quirky flavors include the White Gummi, complete with gummi worm candies, and the Lollipop Passion, which comes with – you guessed it – lollipops.
Sugar Factory locations are very popular, so the wait for a table can be long during peak times. Once seated, though, the attentive wait staff helps make your experience memorable.
