About Potbelly
Peter Hastings opened the first Potbelly Sandwich Shop in 1977. His wife helped him to change their antique store into a small restaurant.
Currently, the restaurant has 413 locations. The company hopes to open 5 franchises in the last 4 months of 2018 and 20 more locations through the next 5 years.
Potbelly Review
The restaurant has the most relaxing atmosphere, good music, and good staff members. I fell in love with the look and feel of the whole dining area.
Potbelly also has the best menu featuring nutritious sandwiches and salads. The ingredients are perfect, especially the ones for sandwiches. Most menu items are new to my taste buds.
Grilled Chicken and Cheddar and A Wreck are two of the best-selling sandwiches from Potbelly. You may also try other sweet flavors like the Mediterranean, Italian, and Smoked Ham.
The service is also nice. One staff welcomed me with a smile, led me to a vacant seat, and served my food in less than 20 minutes.
