About MAD Greens
Dan Long and Marley Hodgson founded this restaurant in Colorado in 2004. They are both chefs and collaborate still on menu items.
They currently have 28 locations and potentially will be expanding in the future. They won an award for best to-go salads in Boulder Colorado recently.

This restaurant chain offers a fast paced, fast food environment with a healthy twist. They offer indoor seating but they for the most part do take out.
They offer fresh, flavorful salad tastes, as well as healthy juices that are full of nutrients. Their all-natural ingredient menu offers a deliciously renewed taste.
They offer salad, soup, wraps, and juices. Their dressing selection comes highly recommended, too. Their recommended salads include the Ty Cobb and the MAD Cesar.
They are a fast food restaurant and are known for quick service. The most likely time to find a wait at one of their locations is over the lunch hour but typically they do not have more than a 10 minutes wait.
