The Italian-concept restaurant started in 1968 in Austin, Texas. The 5-unit restaurant was acquired by Fired Up Restaurant Concepts in 1997.
Carino’s has more than 70 locations spread across the US. It also has 10 locations in the Middle East. The restaurant received a few recognitions, such as Best Restaurant many times.
