About Cosi
Cosi has been around for a while in Paris, France but it wasn’t until 1996 that it was established in America.
This restaurant chain used to have a hundred branches nationwide but the number has since dwindled down to 69 restaurants, mostly concentrated in the eastern coast of the United States.
Cosi Review
The place looks a little bit posh compared to the usual café or fast-food restaurant, but it leans towards the former. I love how spacious the restaurant is, which helps me relax.
Food is served fresh, especially the Roman flatbread they make every 20 minutes. The salads and pizza are also really delicious and looks and tastes like it the ingredients were just picked.
When you visit, it would be nice if you can try the turkey and brie sandwich or bbq chicken flatbread. I also liked that you can do S’mores with the iron burner they provide.
The service was nice; almost like the mainstream coffee shops. Not much of a waiting time so you can expect to be seated once you arrive.
