About Chili’s
Chili’s was founded in 1967 by Larry Lavine in Terlingua, Texas. The name came because Larry loved attending chili cook-offs in Texas.
There are 1,606 Chili locations in the continental United States. Chili’s has been receiving awards for many years. In 2016 they received the “National Chain Winner of Chain Operators Exchange for Culinary/Operations Innovation”.
Chili’s Review
Chili’s is always conveniently located and has ample seating so the wait will be marginal. The bar is full of TV’s for your viewing pleasure and can be seen from most spots in the dining room.
The food is fantastic. The menu offers an array of burgers, ribs, and fajitas to satisfy your every craving. There is also an assortment of house made lemonades and beverages to pair with your meal.
The menu is so vast that highlighting just one item would be a disservice to the others. However, they are most famous for their baby back ribs, you’ll be pleasantly surprised at their flavor and tenderness.
The staff is personable and pleasurable. They are well versed on all the menu items and are happy to answer your questions.
