Bruster’s has over 150 flavors to choose from. They also serve customized sundaes and cakes, thick milkshakes, and pies. Customers can also order dairy-free, gluten-free, or vegan options. Customers can choose from a variety of flavors, such as Strawberry Cheesecake. This ice cream store has a very cute exterior with outdoor seating and a window which allows people to order from outside. They have a very casual and fresh ambience. They offer takeout service as well. The waiters are very friendly and funny, so you wouldn’t feel bored waiting for your ice cream.
When we first arrived at this restaurant, the waiters were very prompt in getting our order ready. We ordered waffle cones with two scoops of cookies and cream ice cream. After 10 minutes, the ice cream was ready.
Price-wise, it is very expensive compared to your usual ice cream store. One scoop costs $4.95 and two scoops would cost almost $8. With only a few flavors available, you might get tired of eating the same flavor after a while. The texture of their ice cream wasn’t as smooth as other ice cream brands. It might be caused by the fact that they make each flavor fresh in their stores.
The quality of the ice cream is good, but since it is very expensive, I would not recommend it if you are on a budget .

They have friendly, patient, and cheerful servers and staff providing awesome quality service to customers. They also have fast service because they have a lot of servers. The ice cream shop is very clean and spacious.
