About Blaze Pizza
Blaze Pizza opened its first location at Irvine, California on August 2011. It was founded by Rick and Elise Wetzel who were also the founders of Wetzel’s Pretzels.
The quick service restaurant has almost 300 locations in the United States, Canada, and Kuwait. It ranked as the second best in the Top 100 Fast Casual brands of 2015.
Blaze Pizza Review
The restaurant has an open atmosphere and several tables. These two factors made the place feel comfortable even when there were a lot of customers.
The dough and toppings they use are of excellent quality. So, whether you build your own or choose from their signature pizzas, you order would most likely come out delicious.
I liked their Hot Link, Meat Eater, and BBQ CHKN signature pizzas. You can personalize these to better suit your taste like switching from regular to the spicy red sauce.
The line can be quite long and the mobile orders seem to get prioritized. Their “pizzasmiths” are friendly and work very efficiently.
