About Bill Miller’s
When Bill Miller opened his first San Antonio restaurant in 1950, his vision was to keep the doors swinging open. And swing open they have.
There are now 74 family owned locations going strong. In 2015 newspaper readers in San Antonio voted Bill Miller’s fried chicken as the best in the city.

You order from the front counter at Bill Miller’s. All restaurants have a casual western dining room with table seating. They also have a drive-thru option.
The many different meat combinations are tender and juicy. It’s your preference on whether you want their thick red barbecue sauce.
You will not only enjoy the fried chicken and smoked meats. The breakfast burritos are a hit. And be sure to save room for a slice of tasty pie.
