About Waffle House
Joe Rogers and Tom Forkner’s friendship led to the birth of the first Waffle House restaurant on the Labor Day of 1955. By 1961, they already had four locations.
Nowadays, the restaurant chain is now in 25 states and has about 2,100 locations. It has achieved ‘cultural icon’ status along with Krystal, White Castle, Krispy Kreme, and Denny’s.

The taste of their waffles are pleasantly unique. The waffles are light and airy, and the addition of bacon makes each waffle dish spectacular.
While the waffles are the joint’s go-to menu items, you should not miss the sausages, pork chops, chicken dishes, and hot coffee.
Considering that it’s is a diner-type restaurant, you won’t wait long for your food. The staff is also friendly. In all, dining is an immensely delightful experience.
