About Rusty Bucket
The Rusty Bucket was found by Gary Callicoat in Columbus, Ohio in 2002. He was in the food industry since he was 15, but didn’t own a restaurant until this one when he was 37 years old.
They have 23 restaurants in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, North Carolina and Florida with the majority in Ohio. They have received two “VIBE Vista” awards both in 2017 and them being: “Best Overall” and “Best Spirits.”
Rusty Bucket Review
The Rusty Bucket is an upscale, yet very casual dining room experience with you as the main show. They have the place set up with seats in the middle and booth on the edges with a good flow of the room.
The food is made with quality and freshness in mind, they cook everything from scratch and still does it as quick as possible to keep you happy.
A lot of customers recommend the Philly Cheesesteak, the fish tacos, and the spaghetti & meatballs these are all the hits among reviewers and patrons alike.
The service can be a bit slow, but it all depends when you go and if you call ahead or not. Most say the cover service is wonderful and the servers are very nice and efficient, but there have been a few instances of a lousy waiter/waitress.
