LEDO Pizza was founded in 1955 in Adelphi, Maryland near the University of Maryland. At the time, pizza was considered a fad that would soon be replaced by the next trendy food.
They have over 30 locations, all located in the Mid-Atlantic United States. They are active in helping the communities they serve, generously donating their time and profits.

All of their food is made fresh to order. They offer traditional Italian fare with their own personal touches on certain items.
They are known for their rectangular pizzas and thick cut pepperoni, as well as their red sangria. They offer a wide range of cheesesteaks and salads as delicious pizza alternatives.
LEDO Pizza is very accommodating of all parties sizes, large and small. Wait times peak at lunch and dinner, but the service is very prompt.
