About Jersey Mike’s
The restaurant was founded in 1956, but was called Mike’s Subs then. It was Peter Cancro – a former Mike’s Subs worker – who built Jersey Mike’s into what it is today.
From one location in Point Pleasant, NJ, Jersey Mike’s now has nearly 1,300 stores across the country and five foreign locations. It continues to be consistent in serving sumptuous sandwiches.
Jersey Mike’s Review
The sandwich chain’s no-frills physical setup doesn’t do much to diminish the overall dining experience. Seats are adequately spaced, and you also get to see your food being prepared.
Subway sandwiches are a specialty, so you would expect nothing less. As such, their offerings doesn’t disappoint. The sandwiches are juicy, and the lettuce and sauces are simply divine.
Try the #17 Philly Cheese Steak sub with peppers, onions, and American cheese. You can also choose from cold and hot subs, wraps, kid’s meals, and sides, drinks, and desserts.
Counter staff are friendly and accommodating. While you may wait a bit for your food, as it has to be fresh, you’ll nevertheless be satisfied with your order.
