About Golden Dragon
Golden Dragon was founded in 1982 by the Long Family. They opened the restaurant at Conshohocken and Plymouth Meeting’s border.
The Chinese restaurant only has one location available—their flagship at Plymouth Square Shopping Center. It has become rather iconic though, staying the same despite the mall’s many changes.
Golden Dragon Review
The restaurant offers a very comfortable and casual environment, with a lot of indoor seating. There’s also a sufficiently sized parking area.
The food’s great and has that homemade appeal. The sauces and chicken are excellent, and are what you’d expect with authentic Chinese cooking.
When visiting, do make it a point to try their General Tso’s Chicken. The Mongolian beef and wonton soup are also among the best in the area.
The staff never fails in providing a friendly service to customers. They’re nice and helpful, and the waiting time isn’t that long. Lines are also kept fairly short.
