About California Tortilla
California Tortilla was founded by business partners, Pam Felix and Alan Cohen in August 1995. They opened their first location at Bethesda, Maryland, U.S..
After 23 years, Cal Tort expanded to have a total of 51 locations in the United Stated. They also received the Best Burrito award from the Washingtonian magazine in the year 2009 and 2010.
California Tortilla Review
The restaurant has a very causal ambiance. The table were clean, and they provide a seating that could accommodate up to 75 people. The place was well lit.
The food was amazing and very consistent when it comes to portioning their dishes. They also have a wall of hot sauces to try.
Next time you drop by, try their staple dish which is the fish taco combo. A must try also is the Mediterranean salad and their California Screamin’ burritos.
Staff and servers were very welcoming. They greet the customers as they walk inside the restaurant and they make you feel comfortable, they even give you recommendations on food.
