About Baker’s
What was once known as the Milk Bar was purchased by Tom and Sallie Baker and transformed to Baker’s Restaurant in 1968.
Sixty years later, this family-owned local legend is now managed by the third generation of Bakers who continue to serve honest home-style cooking to their neighbors.
Baker’s Review
This beautiful and cozy restaurant with a 200-seating capacity is the perfect venue for family gatherings. They also have a lovely patio if you prefer an intimate outdoor dining experience.
Baker’s is the home of consistently great home-cooked meals. It’s comfort food at its finest, with an exciting mix of old favorites and contemporary dishes.
Aside from Chicken and Dumplings, you’ll notice that their Prime Ribs, Crab Bisque, and Big Burgers are also crowd favorites. There are honestly too many must-tries for one visit!
You can always rely on their friendly servers to give you a hand, though. Their staff is really one of Baker’s best assets if you ask me – Excellent customer service.
