About Pieology
Pieology Pizzeria is a restaurant chain located all over the United States. Inspired by his family, Carl Chang founded the chain in 2010.
Due to its extreme success, the pizzeria now has 141 locations nationwide. The chain continues to grow, with new locations in the pipeline.

The look of the restaurant is sleek and minimalist. The interiors sport modern décor set against neutral tones. You’ll find inspirational quotes posted all over the walls.
The pizzas are served warm, using fresh ingredients, and are made to order — you can select from a wide variety of toppings. You can even personalize your pizza crust.
I went with the high-rise pizza crust, herb butter, and Daiya cheese. The cheese was creamy and worked well with the crust. The herb butter added a flavorful kick.
Service is efficient. After choosing your toppings, you only have to wait a short while for your pizza to bake. The staff is accommodating as well.
