About Macado’s
The first ever Macado’s was opened in downtown Roanoke, Virginia back in 1978 by Richard Macher. There, it gained a reputation for selling snacks that are always satisfying with prices that are affordable.
Currently, the restaurant has expanded to several branches in West Virginia, Tennessee, and North Carolina. The place has also hosted its own traditions like yearly St. Patrick’s Day festivals and Halloween parties.
Macado’s Review
Right from the get-go, the restaurant greets you with a simple yet quirky interior. Their establishments are furnished with both upcycled and local decor.
As for the food, it is distinctly classic American. There is a wide selection of snacks and complete meals to choose from, all made with both quality and volume in mind.
A must-try here is the Wings which come with a variety of sauces. As for burgers and sandwiches, the restaurant offers several unique combinations of beef, meat, cheeses, and vegetables.
For service, the staff are more than willing to attend to every need of the customer. The place can also cater to events for those that want to have the Macado’s experience elsewhere.
