About First Watch
Ken Pendery and John Sullivan founded Le Peep breakfast and it started in Colorado. However in 1986, they moved headquarters to Florida.
There are currently 200 locations in 26 different states. According to Consumer Reports, First Watch is the “Top Family Dining Restaurant.” Also Business Intelligence Group gave them “Best Places to Work.”
First Watch Review
The overall ambiance of the place is welcoming and homey. The restaurant provides open space for each guest along with complimentary wifi and newspapers. The seating options leave people feeling comfortable.
Each morning, coffee is made fresh, vegetables and fruits are sliced, and even muffins are baked. The fresh ingredients leave your mouth pleased with your experience.
It is recommended you try the million dollar bacon. The bacon is their signature hardwood smoked bacon. Hacienda Hash is a smash hit that will leave you quivering at the knees.
The staff is considered top of the line. The award of “Best Place to Work” means they are happy workers and happy workers means quality service. The wait times will fluctuate upon your location but mainly busy around 8-11am.
