About Dairy Queen
John Fremont McCullough founded DQ on June 22, 1940. He also developed the soft serve together with his son, Alex, in 1938.
The fast food chain now has more than 6,000 stores in over 27 countries. Over 4,000 of them are located in the US and they’re continuing to grow.
Dairy Queen Review
Most Dairy Queen branches still have that retro feel from their walls to their seats. The overall look of their restaurant is a typical fast food setting.
I’m amazed by the consistency of their classic treats. They’re always creamy and delicious. The $5 and 6$ lunch deals are also satisfying and affordable.
If you haven’t tried their Blizzard, I highly recommend that you do. They also offer soft serve cones and sundaes. They also have Kids’ Meals which you can customize.
Their staff is friendly, quick, and reliable. But during peak hours, you can expect a long queue at DQ. But trust me, it’s worth the wait.
