About Biaggi’s
Established in 1998, the first location open in Bloomington, IL in 1999. The founder is named Todd Hovenden who actually thought up the idea as a school project while attending graduate school.
They have won many awards including but not limited to, Consumer Reports Best Italian Chain Restaurant in 2012 and 2016 and Mississippi Magazines Best New Italian Restaurant in 2008. They currently operate in 9 states, 19 total locations.
